Pray For Answers, Boast Of God's Signs.
"This boasting will do no good, but I must go on. I will reluctantly tell about visions and revelations from the Lord." 2 Corinthians 12:1
When we boast about God for others to hear it works on some people, others not so much, sometimes we have to tell others of the things God brought us through, signs God showed us when we felt no hope, dreams God gave us. Sometimes it takes that for others to listen. When we have a dream at night or even a dream in our hearts sometimes it's God showing us which path to take. My personal way that I like to pray for something to be known, like what I should do is I ask God with an honest heart what I should do, to show me a sign, it can be a bible verse that pops out to me that day, someone coming to me to tell me something they felt to, or just a simple sign, a feeling in my heart maybe. That's how I usually ask God to show me which path to take. Everyone has their own way, and that's okay. I just thought I'd share mine with you to maybe help your prayer life if you needed help. Remember to begin your prayer with thanksgiving. I often forget this myself, but God wants us to come to him with a thankful heart as we talked about the other day, when we begin our prayers we should remember to thank God for the things that we do have already. Here are some verses to reflect on today about prayer. "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done." Philippians 4:6 "But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you." Matthew 6:6 "But if you reman in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!" John 15:7 "One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up." Luke 18:1
