The Best Is Yet To Come

 "That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mid has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him." 1 Corinthians 2:9

I came across a quote this morning that really helped me, "Always remember that your present situation is not your final destination. The best is yet to come." When we go through something we tend to think in our minds there is no way out. That we can't see a way out, so there's no way that it'll work out. What we should remember that God will make a way when there seems to be no way. There's this song my dad sings in church and the lyrics say, "It maybe night in your life but soon you'll see the day." Always remember the sun will shine again. God never goes back on his promises, when we go into a battle He will be right there to bring you out of it. You'll never go through something that God isn't able to bring us out of. God will bring you through whatever you're going through, today remember "God has a plan." When you feel alone remember God is near, and he hears your prayers. Remember there is always light at the end of the tunnel, you will be okay. The best days are ahead of you, not behind you. You will be fine, you'll be happy again.

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
