He Will Never Leave You.

 "There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all and living through all."  Ephesians 4:5-6

No matter how many people don't believe it, there truly is only one God. No matter how you look at it there will never be another God. Yes some believe in others, but it doesn't make them true gods. The one true God will never leave you or forsake you. That verse has been coming to me over and over about God not leaving us. It gives me a sense of peace, to know that no matter what I am going through or will go through God is right beside me. He never leaves me, never forgets me, never leaves me to be alone. When ever we feel like everyone leaves our lives, God never will. When you are feeling scared know that God will never leave you, he's right beside you. On the good days God is still there. When you get what you are praying for right now don't forget God. He's the reason your prayers got answered. When we tend to have good things happening we forget God, but thats not how it should be, we should be just as close as we are when times are tough. Something God really worked on me this year was to be grateful for the things and people I have in my life.  God kept telling me over and over to not take my parents, husband, or things he's blessed me with for granted. Even the small things like a car ride to relax, to go shopping, just the small things are a blessing. We have to be thankful for the things God has already given us in order to bless us with more. We must be thankful for ever little thing, God has blessed us all so much. Here're some verses to reflect on. "For the word of God will never fail." Luke 1:37 "Don't love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, "I will never fail you. I will never abandon you." Hebrews 13:5 "The Lord your God will bless you and He has promised. You will lend money to many nations but will never need to borrow. You will rule many nations, but they will not rule over you." Deuteronomy 15:6

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
