If We Deny Christ, He Will Deny Us.

"Fear not; you will no longer live in shame. Don't be afraid; there is no more disgrace for you. You will no longer remember the shame of your youth and the sorrows of widowhood." Isaiah 54:4

When we deny being a christian because it "doesn't look cool" imagine how God feels, it would be like being bestfriend's with someone and when you're around a crowd them pretending to not even know you. This has been heavy on my heart to write about, I see so many christians being full of Christ and knowing He is the true God but not wanting to show it on social media, or to show it around their friends because of  "embarrassment." Just imagine getting to heaven, where God is going to judge you, and Him saying "There is a lot of people around, it might be embarrassing to claim you." That would be terrible. If we deny Christ he will deny us, we have to be Christ like no matter who we are around, no matter who we are talking to, no matter who sees our posts, and no matter who is watching. You never know the impact you could make. My dad told me a story once where he was in school and he brought his bible to school to read it to others when they had a break, the teacher told him he could no longer read the Bible in class, he couldn't bring it to school because a parent was complaining. So the next day he went to the library and checked a Bible out of it, when he got it out and began reading it, the teacher asked him why he brought it to school after he was told not to, he then responded "It's a library book, I checked it out this morning. We are allowed to talk about a library book." She got mad and didn't say anything else. He knew that if he was going to set his mind on spreading the gospel no matter the cost. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "But everyone who denies mere on earth, I will also deny before my Father in heaven." Matthew 10:33 "If we endure hardship, we will reign with him. If we deny him, he will deny us." 2 Timothy 2:12 "All who not deny themselves that day will be cut off from God's people." Leviticus 23:29 "But anyone who denies me here on earth will denied before God's angels." Luke 12:9 "
