Leave It Up To God.

 "Jesus replied, "The son of Man is the farmer who plants the good seed." Matthew 13:37 

You wouldn't plant a seed and then dig it up to every few minutes to see if its grown any yet, same goes for putting things in God's hand. When we place things in God's hands, we shouldn't go back and check on it every few minutes. It's like baking a cake, when it's our creation we know when it's done, and it's ready to come out of the oven. The same way God's looking on our situations, He knows how much we can handle. There are times we go through things that we will never understand, we will question if we should give up, or if we should give in, but truth be told that we are strong enough. We just have to place our situations in God's hands and not go back trying to church up on it. We have to trust that God knows best and is working it all out.  I know it's difficult but when you feel like you're doubting God's working it out remember how He's brought you through a million times before. He will always bring you through, He is a God of second chances. He will never forget you, put you last in line, or not come find you. He will always put you first. When you feel like He's putting you last because He hasn't answered your prayers yet, remember His timing isn't always how we want it to be, He will work behind the scenes for you. Trust that what you left in God's hands already is being handled today. Here are some verses to reflect on. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take." Proverbs 3:5-6 "Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones." Proverbs 3:8 "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
