Share The Gospel.

 "For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." 2 Corinthians 3:17


This verse tells us that no matter where we are if God's Spirit is in us we have freedom. I am so thankful to live in a country where we have freedom. Home of the free because of the brave. Thankfully we have amazing people in our country that God has called to fight for our freedom, each solider is appreciated. I pray for our country and those fighting for it, also for the families who lost loved ones who fought for our country. Even though we have freedom of speech, freedom to be who we want, and freedom to be christians here in America not all countries have that freedom like us. There are people who are soldiers of Christ and go to other countries where they even kill people for teaching of Christ. People put their lives on the line just to tell people that there is a God and there is eternal life. No matter how you chose to share the word of God, God is thankful for you doing so, he would be beyond thankful that you did. He wants us to tell of him every chance we get, we should never be ashamed to do so. My great grandfather was a very well know preacher around my town and towns around me, he was a great minister. He would meet people at the grocery store, or gas station and begin to tell them about Jesus, and invite them to church. He would also ride around communities with a speaker on his vehicle and preach, all would listen and love it. That was back in the 70's-80's before we even had social media. Imagine the good we could do with social media, the way we could use it for good. We have so many ways to show the love of christ to everyone, and to tell them all of Him. Today reach out to someone, talk to a stranger, be kind, somehow show someone there is a living God. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "We are confident that you share our sufferings, you will also share in the comfort God gives us." 2 Corinthians 1:7 "Yes we should rejoice, and I will share your joy." Philippians 2:18 "If you do, we'll share with you all the blessings the Lord gives  us." Numbers 10:32 "I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings." 1 Corinthians 9:23 "Everyone will share the story of your wonderful goodness; they will sing with your joy about your righteousness." Psalms 145:7

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
