The Sun Will Shine Again.

 "When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth." Ephesians 3:14-15

When we are praying so hard for something and we feel like nothing is happening, and God comes in a quick and answers our prayers we usually fall to our knees and thank him. We all go through hard times, we go through valleys and we fight battles we never speak on, but I can tell you one thing. God never leaves, God is the Creator of all the earth, there is nothing he doesn't know, doesn't see, or doesn't understand. There are going to be times in you life where you feel like no one could possibly understand how you feel or what you're going through, but I promise you there is a God who wants you to tell him whats happening, how you're feeling, and how you need his help. He will help you through anything you're going through, He will be the person who is there when everyone else fails to be. There is never a second that goes by that God and His angels aren't surrounding you. You might be hurting right now, or going through a battle no one even knows about, but no matter how you feel right now it will get better. I was going through a tough time recently, I woke up one morning and it was like the storm was over, I was finally at peace. I told my dad, also my Pastor and Spiritual Guidance, that it was like coming out of a storm and the rain finally stops. He had told me a while back that the sun will shine again. Later the day I told him about coming out of the storm I was cleaning my husband and I'd bedroom, I found a piece of paper on the floor that I had wrote, "The rain doesn't last forever, the sun will shine again." Even though I had wrote that weeks prior to finding it I knew it was a conformation from God that the storm was finally over. It doesn't mean I haven't had hard days, but it does mean each day I've had a little more progress. Today if you're in a storm, I'm here to remind you the sun will shine again. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared." Ephesians 6:15 "God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work." 2 Timothy 3:17 "Don't let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good." Romans 12:24 "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Romans 8:28

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
