Find Love In Your heart.

 "If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God's secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but I didn't love others, I would be nothing." 1 Corinthians 13:2

We have love others no matter what, we can be the best people in the world, be so close to God, have so much faith, but if we don't have love for others we are nothing. Today learn to actually love others, not just show them, but actually love them from within your heart. You have to love people in order to be the best Christian possible. It's like this, if you met someone a stranger, who showed you kindness, but it wasn't because they love people, it was for selfish reasons, that wouldn't prove anything to you. Today focus on loving those who hurt you, break you, betray you, and talk bad about you. The best way to start is with the hard ones. Then go to the easy ones. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Love is patient, love is kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud." 1 Corinthians 13:4 "But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." Romans 5:8 "Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward from heaven will be great, and you will truly be acting as children of the Most High, for he is kind to those who are unthankful and wicked." Luke 6:35 "But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love." 1 John 4:8

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
