God Will Give You Double.

 "When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as he had before." Job 42:10 

Job has a amazing story, the devil tried him in anyway that he possibly could, but Job still chose to believe in God. When it was over all the temptations and all the hardships God gave Job back more than he had before. If you're going though loss, hardships, depression, anxiety, health issues or even financial issues, get ready for the greatest comeback of your life. God is about to restore you, He's about to give you double what you had before. He's going to heal you, and set you free. You won't believe what He's about to give you all that you've prayed for. Here's the thing though, notice in the verse it says "Job prayed for his friends, and after that God restored him." It's really important who you hang around, you have to pray for your friends, even when they haven't asked you to. That's when God will open doors for you. Today I felt the urge to get down on my knees and pray, stop everything I was doing and do it then, I did. I prayed a certain prayer for something I was dealing with. Sometimes we have to tune everything out, pray for the things we are struggling with, and also pray for the silent battles our friends are dealing with. Stop what you're doing and pray for your friends tonight. You never know what that prayer could change for them or you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Job lived 140 years after that, living to see four generations of his children and grandchildren. Then he died, an old man who had lived a long, full life." Job 42:16-17 "Restore to me the joy and your salvation, and make me willing to obey you." Psalms 51:12 "But someday I will restore the fortunes of Sodom and Samaria, and I will restore you, too." Ezekiel 16:53 "Restore our fortunes, Lord, as streams renew the desert." Psalms 126:4

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
