Focus on Faith, Not Fear.

"Why are you still afraid? Do you still have no faith?" Mark 4:40 

Something we all deal with is being afraid. We have to let faith be over our fear. This is something that isn't easy but it's worth it in the end. If God told you He's opening something for you don't let fear and doubt talk you out of it, if He said it, He will do it! Don't let the enemy change your mind on it. He will do it. We have to rely on faith, we can't let doubt take over us, when God wants it to happen it will. Let God teach you faith in the season you're in right now. Sometimes we are in hard situations in order to learn faith to the fullest extent. If we don't know what will happen next it will teach us to have more faith in God than ever. Today, lean on your faith. Do not be a afraid. God is at work in your life. If you don't see how things are going to work have faith, God has it all figured out!! Here are some verses to reflect on today. "It is all right," the Lord replied. "Do not be afraid. You will not die." Judges 6:23 "Do not be afraid of the nations there, for the Lord your God will fight for you." Deuteronomy 3:22 "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I will gather you and your children from east and west." Isaiah 43:5 "This is my command- be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
