Get Ready For The Rain Of Abundance!

 "But Noah found favor with the lord." Genesis 6:8 

See in Noah's day the earth had never had rain at all. God told him to build an ark, there was no rain, and no sign of it. God didn't give Noah a sign that it was really going to rain, God didn't let it start sprinkling or even let dark clouds come, instead He told Noah it was going to rain, with no evidence of it. That's how God works, He tells us to do something or tells us something great is going to happen, but there is no evidence. We see things being the same, we see no change by the work we are doing, but see God knew Noah would listen, without proof. That is how God teaches us sometimes, He tells us something, and we have to trust His words with no evidence. Just because it is silent doesn't mean that the blessings aren't coming. God has been showing me over and over that God is doing something great for so many of us, and it's sometimes easier for Him to work in silences. So, if it's silent in your circumstances, get ready, God is fixing to show up and show out!! Here are some verses to reflect on today. "So Noah did everything exactly as God had commanded him." Genesis 6:22 "And the flood water's covered the earth for 150 days." Genesis 7:24 "Two and a half months later as the waters continued to go down, other mountain peaks became visible." Genesis 8:5 "Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world." Psalms 46:10

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
