YOU are called for such a time as this.

"Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me- everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you." Philippians 4:9 

When God call us to do something, sometimes we do it for a little while then get tired because we don't see any progress. We have to stick to what God has told us to do no matter what. Think of it like this, if Esther hadn't listened to her cousin when he told her to go and become queen, what would've happened to the Jews? What would've happened if Daniel had tried to find a way out of the lions den because he wasn't trusting God to keep them from hurting him? What if David didn't go fight Goliath out of fear? What if Jonah had not finally listened to God in the belly of the whale? All these stories would have had a complete different out come. God called each of them to fulfill their purposes. As it says in Esther,What if you were called for such a time as this? Don't get discouraged, God is working behind the scenes for you right now! Be at peace, you're about to see doors open that you never imagined. God is about to bring you into your destiny. Keep on doing what God has called you to do. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this." Esther 4:14 "For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." Ephesians 2:10 "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Romans 8:28 "You can make many plans, but the Lord's purpose will prevail." Proverbs 19:21

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
