Leave Your Mark On The World.

"Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" and I said, "Here I am. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

The verse we are focusing on today is one of my favorite verses of all time, it focuses on being a true servant. There are so many times in our lives where we are meant to step into our destiny but don't out of fear of the future. Today take hold of all that God has promised you, and all that God has planned for your destiny. Today ask God where He wants you to go, and what he has planned for your future. Be a true servant, and make your mark on the world a good mark. No matter how small it might seem that mark means something, let you be the one to change the world around you and also the world within you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children." Romans 8:16 "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you." John 14:18 "Blessed are those who are blameless, who walk accordingly to the law of the Lord." Psalms 119:1 "I am sending him- who is my very heart- back to you." Philemon 1:12

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
