Light At The End Of The Tunnel.

"Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path." Psalms 119:105

When I went through a difficult time in my life someone reminded me that "there is always light at the end of the tunnel." It stuck with me, because in that moment that's what I needed to hear the most, was there was still light at the end of what I was going through and better days were ahead. If you're going through a difficult time, and you feel like there is no way out, I'm here today to pass the message along, "There is light at the end of the tunnel, you will be okay. Remember God has a plan." Take time today to focus on good things, and the happiness God will send to you. You have to go through the darkest night to get to the brightest day. Here are some verses to reflect on. "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it." John 1:5 "You are the light of the world- like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden." Matthew 5:14 "God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work." 2 Timothy 3:17 "Remember, it is better to suffer for doing good, if that is what God wants, than to suffer for doing wrong!" 1 Peter 3:17

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
