Be still & Know!

"Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world." Psalms 46:10

Being still doesn't mean "be quite" or "not moving" in Hebrew the meaning is more of, "relax" Today let go, letting go of what is holding you back, let go of people that aren't working toward the purpose that you are, let go of everything you cannot control, let go of the thoughts, let go of your past, and let go of your anger. Get in God's presences and lay it all at His feet. Relax, let go of the things and lay them at God's feet. Today, let go and let God. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Now, O sword of the Lord, when will you be at rest again? Go back into your sheath; rest and be still." Jeremiah 47:6 "The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble." Psalms 9:9 "Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you." Psalms 9:10 "But Moses told the people, "Don't be afraid. Just stand still and watch the Lord rescue you today. The Egyptians you see today will never be seen again." Exodus 14:13
