God Is The Author Of Peace.

"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints." 1 Corinthians 14:33

Something I experienced the last few days is our flesh tends to exaggerate what is happening some times, we tend to think situations are much worse or will have a bad outcome when reality isn't that. We have to realize that God is not the author of confusion. He knows everything, why would He be confused? He knows your need before you ask Him, today take heart in knowing it's handled. That situation you think is completely impossible to be fixed, God wants you to know there wasn't a reason to worry in the first place. You're well taken care of. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "O Lord, I have come to you for protection; don't let me be disgraced." Psalms 71:1 "For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and evil of every kind." James 3:16 "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done." Philippians 4:6 "So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring it's own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today." Matthew 6:34

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
