God Will Prepare Before He Prospers.

"God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work." 2 Timothy 3:17 

Today the problems you think you're dealing with aren't actually problems, they're growth. The steps of growth are first uncomfortable, then go to compassion, then you're at wisdom. What you're going through is a test, it will prepare you for the future. Don't let these circumstances stop you. You're about to see blessings, you are meant for so much more. God has wonderful plans for your life. Let God prepare you! Here are some verses to reflect on today. "If only you would prepare your heart and lift up your hands to him in prayer!" Job 11:13 "Pack your bags and prepare to leave; the siege is about to begin." Jeremiah 10:17 "Put on your armor, and take up your shield. Prepare for battle, and come to my aid." Psalms 35:2 "My future is in your hands. Rescue me from those who hunt me down relentlessly." Psalms 31:15

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
