Leveling Up Sometimes Feels Like Isolation.

"God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work." 2 Timothy 3:17  

If you're in a place where you feel isolated, know that means that God is preparing to level you up. Often times in our lives when we are going to the next level we go through a period of isolation, it isn't God punishing you, it's often Him preparing you, or taking the people out of your life that are unable to go to the next level with you. If you feel alone during this time in your life, or you feel as though you can't fit in anywhere remember that Jesus didn't fit in with most crowds. He had His close circle that was on the same mindset and path as He was. If you notice that even the people closest to Jesus fell short, made mistakes, look at Judas, he betrayed Jesus, look at Peter he denied Jesus. God doesn't expect you to be perfect, but He does expect you to make an effort to be close to Him. Don't focus on the things you lost in this growing period, even a Butterly has to lose it's cocoon to gain it's wings. "Again Peter denied it. And immediately a rooster crowed." John 18:27 "Judas (son of James), Judas Iscariot (who later betrayed him). Luke 6:16 "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Romans 8:28 "Do't let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good." Romans 12:21

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
