Show Kindness Everywhere.

"Always be humbled and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults because of your love." Ephesians 4:2 

This is something that we all have to do all throughout our lives, we have to forgive others, and be kind in all circumstances. We are all human, we all make mistakes, and we all fall short of what we could be at times. Take time out of your day today and make allowance for each other's faults. Don't let anger and feelings control how you treat someone poorly, be kind in all circumstances. Take a step in the right direction and be kind, loving and forgiving all day and do it each day ahead. We want to be treated with kindness and that starts with how we treat other people. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud. 1 Corinthians 13:4 "Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you." Ephesians 4:32 "But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patiences, kindness, goodness, faithfulness," Galatians 5:22 "How kind the Lord is! How good he is! How merciful, this God of ours!" Psalms 116:5

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
