You've Got This!

"I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you've received it, it will be yours." Mark 11:24

When we are battling in our minds and spirit we only focus on the dark clouds around us, not thinking of the sun brightly shining behind the clouds. When we let the devil blind us by what is around us and behind us we forget to look at the beauty of what is in front of us. Today if you're battling in your mind or spirit I declare a breakthrough is coming, I declare that what you've been battling is no longer there. The clouds are gone, you can see clearly now. Focus on the good things ahead, not what is behind you. God has great bright things He wants to give you. You're free if only you believe. God has got you in His hands. You can see clearly now, the rain is gone.
Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Jesus told them, "This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent." John 6:29 "Jesus asked him, "Do you believe this just because I told you I had seen you under the fig tree?" You will see greater things than this." John 1:50 "It is this Good News that saves you if you continue to believe the message I told you- unless, of course, you believed something that was never true in the first place." 1 Corinthians 15:2 "What do you mean, 'If I can'?" Jesus asked. "Anything is possible if a person believes." Mark 9:23

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
