Faith Over Doubt.

 "But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tosses by the wind." James 1:6

Deep inside of us each of us have doubt, no matter if we don't want to admit it or not, or even if it's a small bit of doubt. See if we choose to let the doubt talk over our faith we will never get anywhere. We have to speak positive, no matter the situation. If you're going through a tough time, speak peace and break through, if you're heartbroken or sad speak happiness, if you're happy speak complete joy, even if you're anxious speak peace. No matter the situation we are able to speak life into it. I was going through a really rough time a few months back, I began to speak joy, happiness and blessings into my life, God began to work because of my faith. If you have faith you can achieve anything. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, 'May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart." Mark 11:23 "And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering." Jude 1:22 "Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is evidence of things we cannot see." Hebrews 11:1 "The father instantly cried out, "I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!" Mark 9:24 "

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
