For Such A Time As This!

"If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for such a time as this?" Esther 4:14 

What are the odds that you're on the earth this year, pretty slim to none right? That is proof that God knows the best time for us to exist to fulfill our full potential in Him. God knows exactly when and how we will help people the most. You're meant to be on this earth to help others, and this time is the perfect time for you to be here. I don't know if you've ever read the book of Esther, but if not you should. The sum up of it was she became queen and was a Jew which the king did not know at that time, the king's second hand wanted all the Jews killed, but Esther stood up for her people and God used the king to spare them. The verse says, "She was called for such a time as this," and so are you! You were called for such a time as this to be exactly where you are and to fulfill the purpose in your heart that you know God has for you to help others. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." Ephesians 2:10 "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." Romans 8:28 "For I know the plan I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11 "You can make many plans, but the Lord's purpose will prevail." Proverbs 19:21

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
