Take A Leap Of Faith.

"Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see." Hebrews 11:1

Faith is when we take a step and can't see the entire staircase, but we know God can. We have to start putting our faith over everything, whether it be in a sense of doubt, relationships, friendships, jobs, school, social media, depression, anxiety, or even just our thoughts. We have to trust that the end of the stairs are already made and prepared before you get there, do what you can where you are and trust God with the rest. You and your family are going to be just fine, if only you place the future in God's hands. He is already there, He already knows what you're going to need next and He's got it taken care of too. Be at peace and start to trust God more. He's not like us and worries, He knows all, sees all, and can fix all. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God's command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen." Hebrews 11:3 "And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him." Hebrews 11:6 "For you know that when our faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow." James 1:3 "So faith comes from hearing that is, hearing the Good News about Christ." Romans 10:17

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
