You're Loved, and Forgiven.

"God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can't take credit for this; it is a gift from God." Ephesians 2:8

You're meant for more. Stop thinking that you don't deserve God's blessings in your life none of us do. God doesn't expect us to be perfect and deserve His love, He knows we cannot earn it, He never expected us to. We are never able to earn God's love or His forgiveness, that's why He sent Jesus to save us. We are here to serve God, do our best, and accept the free forgiveness and love that Jesus offers each of us. Today, be thankful that God loves us even with all our mistakes, and all the things we don't like about ourselves, that God loves about us the most. This is not something we can earn but rather a gift He gave the world. Be at peace, you are forgiven and loved by the almighty God. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Now they know that everything I have is a gift from you." John 17:7 "A person who promises a gift but doesn't give it is like clouds and wind that bring no rain." Proverbs 25:14 "For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 "But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." Romans 5:8

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
