Don't Let The Enemy Push You.
"Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don't believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don't understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God." 2 Corinthians 4:4
The reason the enemy hates us so much is that we get millions of second chances, we fail God every day yet we still can be forgiven, and still find His grace. Satan failed one time and was cast into hell for all of eternity. See the enemy tries to tie us down and create doubt in and around us because then that creates distance from God, he does this because he doesn't want us to remember that we aren't like him, we can find God's grace every day. Satan messed up when he started singing not for God's glory but his own that is why the enemy tries so hard to make us think that we have to worry more about our outward appearance, how popular we are, what others think or even see us like, and even the amount of followers, likes and how much clout we have on social media because if he can make us change our focus to our own glory then we won't be focused on God's glory anymore. When Jesus came down and died on the cross for us while we were still sinners, He knew that we would mess up every day and sometimes multiple times a day, but He has given us that chance of everlasting life with Him if we choose to serve only Him and let the glory be for Him. When something amazing happens in your life what is the first thing you say? The first thing we should say is, "It was all God!" The glory has to be about God because once we start letting it be about what we accomplish and what we created we're getting away from God. I'm not saying it's bad to be proud of yourself but remember who gave you the strength and power to get where you are. Don't let the enemy get you to where he is in an eternity of literal hell. We have to choose, if only we will choose to ignore the enemy. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "And if Satan is casting out Satan, he is divided and fighting against himself. His own kingdom will not survive." Matthew 12:26 "so that Satan will not outsmart us. For we are similar with his evil schemes." 2 Corinthians 2:11 "The seed that fell on the footpath represents those who hear the message, only to have Satan come at once and take it away." Mark 4:15 "But God showed us his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." Romans 5:8
