Don't Listen To The Enemies Lies.

"Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour." 1 Peter 5:8

The thing about the enemy is if he can start to make you believe his lies then he knows he has you away from God mentally. We all have doubts, fears, and things we battle in our minds daily that most of us never speak about because we take care of them ourselves. God never sends us a thought that is mean towards someone, hateful or untruthful, but most of all God's thoughts aren't even like ours. The thoughts that come from God aren't like the enemies, they're not confusing or make you wonder why you're not deserving they're uplifting and they tell you the point. God sends thoughts into our minds every day, but so does the enemy. When you go through a time where you feel like you're being isolated most of the time that's God teaching you how to listen to Him. Today as I was sitting outside I was praying, the enemy made me think that what I was praying was too far-fetched, that I've been praying for this for months and yet there hasn't been improvement in the situation. That is when God came into my mind and spoke, it wasn't confusing and it was straight to the point, He spoke and said, "Maybe you haven't seen an improvement physically but you've felt it and noticed it mentally." That was exactly what I needed to hear, and I knew it was from God. The enemy wants us to live sad, miserable, & disappointed because he wants us to go through what he does and feel the way he does. Don't let the enemy crowd your mind, you have the power over the enemy. Rebuke it in the name of Jesus when the enemy sends those thoughts to you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. "They blaspheme you; your enemies misuse your name." Psalms 139:20 "For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12 "I am not afraid of ten thousand enemies who surround me on every side." Psalms 3:6 "Lord, hear me and help me! Listen to what my enemies are saying." Jeremiah 18:19
