His Promise Still Stands.
"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11
The promise still stands just because you don't see or feel the change doesn't mean that God hasn't started working on it yet. When baking a cake you add all the ingredients and mix them together, you see no sign of it looking like a cake and if you were to pick it up it defiantly wouldn't feel like one, but that doesn't mean that it isn't in the process of becoming one. You're not feeling or seeing it yet because God is still working on the mixing process, He's adding each ingredient and being precise with it to have the perfect outcome for you. You will soon know the promise is near, or maybe when it's delivered is when you'll know. If you're waiting on a promise that you've got before don't always expect God to come through in the same way, sometimes it's more about trusting Him to add and take away the right things in the process of the promise forming. You can't tell which way God will do it, but just know He will. God is never late, never early, but He is always right on time. Your timing might not be His, but in the end, God knows best and when to give you exactly what you need! Here are some verses to reflect on today. "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart's desires." Psalms 37:4 "Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise." Hebrews 10:23 "I stay awake through the night, thinking about your promise." Psalms 119:148 "The Lord's promises are pure, like silver refined in a furnace, purified seven times over." Psalms 12:6
