He knows the future!

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬

You have to have the mindset to never give up on what God has promised you. We make promises sometimes to keep them but being human and not knowing the future things fall through. The difference between us and God making promises is we don't know the future when we make the promise, but God does know it when He makes the promise. God has a promise for each of us, you can ask God to show you His promise for you. I know I write about promises a lot but imagine having the one who created you promise you something great for your life? Isn't that amazing, how you can completely depend on the promises He makes to us that they will come to pass. I have learned that if I spend more time in prayer listening instead of talking I will learn a lot more. Today when you're praying tell God your problems, things you want answers to, and even things that are good happening to you, then take a moment to sit in silence and listen to what God has to say. God speaks to us all differently, some hear his voice, feel him telling us something or even just a thought that comes into their mind that they know is from him. All these ways are still communication with God, and Him talking to you is the best way to know which direction to go. Listen to God because when He tells you He is going to do something for you that is a promise that will come to pass no doubt. You have a promise over your life if only you ask God to show it to you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” Isaiah‬ ‭41:10‬ ‭ “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.” Psalms‬ ‭37:4‬ ‭ “Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10:23‬ ‭
