He Loves You!

“And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.” Ephesians‬ ‭3:18‬ ‭

Have you ever sat and thought about how much God truly loves us? It’s amazing once you begin to think about it, I mean look at it this way, He created us from the dirt and we sinned against him but He sent His one and only Son to die on a cross for our sins so that we could spend an eternity with Him! Someone that does that much after we done Him so wrong really must love us right? It goes much deeper than that though, we all have made mistakes and fallen short of God but that never stops Him from loving us. We always say “I’ll love you forever” to the people we love, and we will until our last day, but when God says He loves us, He really loves us forever. God doesn’t have a day where He doesn’t love us, even if we make Him mad or disappointed He still chooses us as His children and loves us unconditionally. I know you might have times where you feel as though no one cares but God does. He loves you so much and wants only good things for your life! He has great plans for you and will never give up on you, ever! Today know your are so loved, especially by the One who created you! Here are some verses to reflect on today. ““For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭ “But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.”‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭ “This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.” 1 John‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭ “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.” Romans‬ ‭8:38‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
