He Will Protect You!

“But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.” 2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3:3‬ ‭

No matter where the enemy tries to hit you at he can never prevail, because the One who is over all things is on your side! He will comfort you, protect you and never forsake you. You never have to worry when God is in your corner because He will never let anything harm you! You’re protected, you’re free and most of all chosen. You have no reason to worry about anything that the enemy is using against you, because God is going to stand up for you and protect you! Here are some verses to reflect on today. “He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him.” Proverbs‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭ “For you are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory. Interlude” Psalms‬ ‭32:7‬ ‭ “Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:8‬ ‭ “For you bless the godly, O Lord; you surround them with your shield of love.” Psalms‬ ‭5:12‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
