Speak The Name Of Jesus!

“Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4:11‬ ‭

If you’re Jesus-filled, then you have the power to speak things into existence! The Bible teaches us that if we have faith in a mustard seed, we can move mountains. If we have a situation in our life and believe that God can do it, then we should speak about it! We should speak the name of Jesus over anything in our lives! When something is happening in our lives we should speak the name of Jesus over it. See we think our words don’t matter, and what we speak doesn’t matter, but if that were the truth, why would prayer matter? It’s just words, right? Prayer is life-changing, and something that keeps our relationship with God going. When we speak Jesus we are speaking faith on the situation. See God wants us to speak good things, and to help people not to speak poorly of them. You are a light and what you speak is important because people view you as the light of Christ. We are a vessel for God and we should speak good of others and to them. Today speak good things about those that you know, speak good about your situations, and even speak good of those you don’t know. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”Ephesians‬ ‭4:32‬ ‭ “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,” Galatians‬ ‭5:22‬ ‭ “for I speak the truth and detest every kind of deception.” Proverbs‬ ‭8:7‬ ‭ “There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭12:4‬ ‭
