Tell Them About Jesus!

“When people’s lives please the Lord, even their enemies are at peace with them.” Proverbs‬ ‭16:7‬ ‭

We all have parts of us where we are people pleaser, we feel like we have to make others like us and approve of us. The truth be told we should live to please God alone, because when we are here to please God even people who don’t like us are at peace with us. If you search the meaning of “at peace with” it will tell you it means, “you feel calm and contented, and you have no emotional conflicts within yourself or with other people.” Meaning that if you are truly trying to live right then others won’t feel conflicted with you. You don’t have to please those around you, you only have to please God. Everyone has their own opinion, they each have their on way of doing things. I use to hate feeling like I was different because I was a Christian, but now I look at it like I would rather stand out for being what I am then to hide behind someone I am not. Be outspoken when it comes to Jesus, tell everyone you know of Him. Think of it like this, if you were ashamed of telling a friend about Jesus even though you knew they didn’t believe in Him and they passed away without knowing the truth wouldn’t it bother you that you didn’t try to give them the Good News of Jesus? I know it would me. I use to be shy and be afraid to tell people about Jesus, but now everyone I talk to I’m always bringing Him up. In reality it never caused me to lose a friend, if anything I gained more. Today talk to someone about Jesus, it could change their eternity. Tell them the Good News that you know to be true or even tell them a story of how you know Jesus worked in your life, in a way that it could only be Him! Jesus is alive and wants to save them too! Here are some verses to reflect on today. “And there they preached the Good News.” Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭14:7‬ ‭ “The Lord gives the word, and a great army brings the good news.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭68:11‬ ‭ “For the Good News must first be preached to all nations.” Mark‬ ‭13:10‬ ‭ “And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.”Mark‬ ‭16:15‬ ‭
