Trust God’s Timing!
“God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:17
We all have heard “trust in God’s timing”, and in the easy moments of life it’s not a struggle to, but when you’re in the valley in desperate need of something now it’s hard to just sit back and trust His timing. We sometimes get so caught up in things we think have to be done now that we forget to stop and let God work it out when He feels it’s right. Have you ever been praying for something and felt like God doesn’t hear your prayers because He hasn’t answered them when you wanted Him to? That is the biggest problem that every single one of us face daily is wanting things when we want them, not when God knows we need them. We all have needs and we all have wants also, but making sure it’s aligned with God’s plan is something we tend to forget to do. It’s like going looking at a house and seeing that it’s all you want then saying,“I’ll buy it today!” Then you buy it and things began to break easily, walls fall apart, floors falling in only a week later and you’re asking God why this happened to you, but when you bought it you didn’t even pray to see if it was what God thought you needed. We have to stop for a moment from things that we think that we need and ask God if it is truly what we do need, or if something better is coming along. It is better to pray and ask God and miss an opportunity than to do things out of selfish ambition and getting something that you didn’t need at all. God will always lead you right. If you’re in a season where you’re waiting for God to open a door, or God to help you find a new house, car or even a new phone that you can afford then know God is working in this silence! He is on the move for you today! Don’t hold back on praying, because at the right time God said He will make it happen! “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Galatians 6:9 “Jesus replied, “You don’t understand now what I am doing, but someday you will.”” John 13:7 “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.” Ecclesiastes 3:1 “A time to be born and a time to die. A time to plant and a time to harvest.” Ecclesiastes 3:2
