Your Ministry Is For You!

“God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.” 2 Timothy‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭

So many times in life we feel like we can’t pursue our own ministries because we think others will judge us. We have to remember that God didn’t call them to do your ministry, He called you to do it! If He had wanted them to do it He would’ve called them. You are just as qualified as anyone else is for their own ministry. See God doesn’t call people that are qualified, He just equips us to do good work. God doesn’t look at our mistakes or our bad habits, He knew everything you’ve ever done before He called you, yet He still called you. He isn’t worried about what you’ve done in the past, He knows that you can teach someone how to get through all the things you’ve been through. Your past is your past and you cannot change it but, your future is something you can change! You can start today walking on the path that God has called you to! Your ministry isn’t about what anyone else thinks but only what God thinks! You don’t have to care what others have to say about you! God is working in and through you and that’s what matters the most. Today let God work through you, walk into your calling God has called you to do it! Don’t let anyone tell you that your past affects your future in God! He isn’t worried about it so you shouldn’t either! He forgave you the moment you asked Him to! Your ministry is something great that God called you alone to do! So take courage and go forth and tell of all the wonderful things of Jesus Christ! Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Make them holy by your truth; teach them your word, which is truth.” John‬ ‭17‬:‭17‬ ‭ “For the word of God will never fail.”” Luke‬ ‭1‬:‭37 “So it makes no difference whether I preach or they preach, for we all preach the same message you have already believed.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭11‬ ‭ “And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.” Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
