Let God Fill Your Empty Heart.

“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.” Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭38‬ ‭

We all desire to be loved fully by someone, to fill the void we have in our hearts. We search for that in people that cannot even attempt to fill five percent of it because they aren’t made to fill it. Have you ever noticed no matter how hard you search for love in the world it’s like it never fills that void? So many times we search for it but it is something that is easily found if we look in just the right place. Today God spoke to me to write about this, He said, “the only one who can fill the void of the heart is the One who created it.” Think about that for a second. He created you. He knows every detail about you, every mistake, and every insecurity that you might have, but He loves you anyway. The Bible tells us that nothing can separate us from His love! If you are feeling lonely, heartbroken, sad, anxious, or just like you have a heart full of emptiness then let the One who created you fill what you can’t. The world will never fill the desires of your heart, only God can. Today go to God in prayer telling Him about the places you need to be restored and let Him fix those. He is more than able to change you into a better person, loves you more than anyone else ever could think of, and will never ever give up on you! God loves you so much and He is waiting for you with open arms if only you choose to let Him in! Know that nothing you’ve ever done or could ever do will separate you from His love! Here are some verses to reflect on today! “For it was I, the Lord your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it with good things.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭81‬:‭10‬ ““The Lord will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.” Deuteronomy‬ ‭28‬:‭8‬ ‭ “Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.” Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭21‬ ‭ “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.” Psalms‬ ‭37‬:‭4‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
