You Was On His Mind.

“Even if we feel guilty, God is greater than our feelings, and he knows everything.” 1 John‬ ‭3:20‬ ‭

God is omniscient, I would always think of this, but I never understood the meaning truly. It means "all." I've always heard the saying, "When He was on the cross, You were on His mind." I always would think, how is that even possible I wasn't born yet, my great grandparents weren't even born, and there is no way possible that I could have been on His mind. The reality is that we were on His mind. God is omniscient, sees and knows all at once. He didn't need you to be on earth yet for Him to know you. See the Bible says, "He died for us while we were still sinners." Although He didn't know what sins we would end up committing, He did know we were human and would indeed not be perfect. He knew that every person to ever be created would be saved due to this huge sacrifice that He was making. Know that you indeed were on His mind when He was on the cross. He knew you'd make mistakes, you wouldn't be perfect, you would fail Him, and you would even sometimes run from what you know is best for you, but He also knew that He would save you, love you more than anyone on this earth ever could, forgive you, and never leave you. You are not forgotten, you have never been. You have not messed up too much or run too far from God. He died for you, so every day live for him! Today, take a step to grow closer to God knowing that He remembered you when He died for your sins that dreadful day. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “And the very hairs on your head are all numbered.” Matthew‬ ‭10:30‬ ‭ “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.” Hebrews‬ ‭4:13‬ ‭ “But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.” Romans‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭ “God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.” Ephesians‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭
