Good Enough From The Beginning.

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭

We oftentimes let the enemy gaslight us into thinking we aren't good enough for the purpose God created us for. The enemy makes us think that we aren't smart enough, we aren't capable or we just aren't good enough altogether to do exactly what God has called us to do. See the thing about God is He doesn't plan things for us based on anyone's opinion not even our own. When you were being formed in your mother's womb He already knew the purpose He had for you on earth. Your purpose is never based on you being capable or good enough to do what you're meant to do, it's based on God and His strength, goodness, and mercies. You will never be able to be all that you are called to be without God. You are always good enough for the plans God has for you, you were made for this literally. Never let the enemy's lies change your perspective. Where God guides He also provides for you, you will always be good enough for God, and always equipped for it. Today, tune out the enemy's lies and tune into God's voice and His words. Here are some verses to reflect on today. ““For many are called, but few are chosen.”” Matthew‬ ‭22:14‬ ‭“But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭2:9‬ ‭ “For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.” Romans‬ ‭8:29 ““I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.””

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
