You're Called By God Not By Man

“God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful.” 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭

How many times do we worry about other people's opinions of us rather than our own? See one of the best things about God is when He calls us He doesn't ask for anyone's approval or opinion on it, He calls who He wants and that's the end of it. We never have to worry about what anyone else says because God does not care what others have to say. The thing about it is when we get to Heaven's gates God is not going to ask what others thought of you, but He will ask you how you treated them. In today's world, we are taught to treat others the same way they are treating us, but the Bible does not say that. The Bible says, "Do to others as you would want them to do to you." Don't worry about pleasing them, what they have to say, if they're talking about you behind your back, or if they're really your friend. At the end of the day, all that matters is how you choose to treat them. Today, focus on God and what He has called you to do. Human approval is never needed, but being kind is important no matter if you are getting the same in return or not. You are called by God not by man, and that means nothing can stop the calling on your life! God will make a way no matter what for you! Treat others with grace and never measure the amount of grace you give by the way that they treat you. God will reward you for your faithfulness to His words. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭ “God has called us to live holy lives, not impure lives.” 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭ ““Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.” Matthew‬ ‭7:12‬ ‭ “The godly always give generous loans to others, and their children are a blessing.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37:26‬ ‭
