A Cloudy Mind.

“For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.” Philippians‬ ‭4:13‬ ‭

When the enemy cannot change your mind on something he will begin to change the things around you. If your life feels complicated know that it really isn't it's the enemy clogging your mind. So many times in life I've noticed that when I'm doing the exact thing that God has designed for me the enemy will cloud my mind with doubt, worry, and distract me from my purpose. When your mind seems cloudy and you don't know if you're in the right place in life then know you're exactly where you need to be and that's the problem. When God places you at the divine place of your destiny the enemy will try his best to destroy it, don't let him. your destiny is meant for you and the enemy hates knowing that you're doing everything you can to live and have a life pleasing to God. Today, if you feel as though your mind is cloudy and like you are fighting constant spiritual battles then thank God for helping you find your place in life. God will fight the battles that you can. Your strength is in God and that is something the enemy can never take away. I have learned that when I pray for strength I somehow end up with more than enough because God's strength never runs out. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.” Isaiah‬ ‭40:29‬ ‭ “So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” James‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭ “The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭ ““Get out of here, Satan,” Jesus told him. “For the Scriptures say, ‘You must worship the Lord your God and serve only him.’ ””Matthew‬ ‭4:10‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
