Be Bold In Your Faith.
“And I am praying that you will put into action the generosity that comes from your faith as you understand and experience all the good things we have in Christ.”Philemon 1:6
Our faith in God should make non-believers question their unbelief. Our belief in God should be so strong that when unbelievers ask us a question our spiritual life is strong enough that we know the answer to their questions. It can be scary to be bold in God, but it often shows our faith in others. When an unbeliever sees our bold faith they see courage in what we believe in they then know the reason we believe what we do. I heard a story once of a lady, she had a neighbor that was an atheist. She was outside in the yard and began to pray that God would send her enough money to get groceries. The next day the lady opened her door and there was a bag of groceries on her doorstep. She began to praise God for the miracle He had done for her. The neighbor came from behind a bush and began to laugh, he said God didn't do that for you, I did. The lady smiled and said, "Thank you God you even used an atheist to do it!" God can use anyone no matter what their background was, is, or is going to be. Your faith could be what changes an unbeliever's views. Today, be bold in your faith. Be kind and joyful to tell. Openly tells them about God and what changed your life for the better. God loves to see us help save sinners. Heaven rejoices over one lost soul! You helping one person is enough. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Jesus called out to them, “Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!”” Matthew 4:19 “For the Good News must first be preached to all nations.” Mark 13:10 “Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does.” Psalms 96:3 “Yet preaching the Good News is not something I can boast about. I am compelled by God to do it. How terrible for me if I didn’t preach the Good News!” 1 Corinthians 9:16
