True Love.

If you're in a relationship the best way to grow closer to each other is to grow closer to God. I have seen an illustration of this once and it was a triangle God at the top, it showed that the closer you get to God the closer you get to each other. That's exactly how you grow closer, the more you love God and understand His love for you the more you know how to properly love each other. So many things cause relationships to be unhealthy, so when you learn how God has designed you to love your partner, you will overcome the unhealthy parts of a relationship. If your relationship is healthy that doesn't mean that you shouldn't both grow closer to God. If you're single no matter your gender read Proverbs 31, if you're looking for a man become what a Proverbs 31 wife should be, if you're looking for a wife those are the traits that a wife should have. No one is perfect but someone who loves God and understands His love for us can be perfect for you and love you the way you deserved to be loved. Today, be encouraged that the one for you will love you correctly in every way, you will find the one for you, just wait God has someone even better than you could imagine. “Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
