The Apple Of His Eye.

“And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?” Luke‬ ‭12:28‬ ‭

You are the apple of God's eye. God made many things in this world, including the animals, the trees, the waters all that swims and lives in the ocean, the sky, and all that is in it, all the plants and things that grow, and when He finished making all of these things He said, "it was good", but when He made humans and He finished making us He said, "it was very good." God was proud of how He created us. Next time you feel as though you aren't enough, or you have too many flaws to be all that God has called you to be remind yourself that when God finished making everything about you including the things you hate most about yourself He said, "It was very good." Think about this, as a kid we drew things that people couldn't even recognize and they would say it was beautiful and how good of a job we had done, if they had told us that looks awful that would've broken our hearts. God feels that way when we hate things about ourselves and ask Him why He made us the way we are. Today, focus on the time that God took to make you, He made every detail about you just the way He thought was perfect, God never lies and cannot lie so when He made you He thought you were altogether perfect. You are the apple of His eye and He thinks you are perfect just as you are, the Bible says that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Have confidence knowing God created you perfectly. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was very good! And evening passed and morning came, marking the sixth day.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:31‬ ‭ “Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.” Psalms‬ ‭139:14‬ ‭ “Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.” Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3:11‬ ‭ “You are altogether beautiful, my darling, beautiful in every way.” ‭‭Song of Songs‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭
