Your Ministry Matters!

“In the same way, there is joy in the presence of God’s angels when even one sinner repents.”” Luke‬ ‭15:10‬ ‭

God has given us each a way to use our talents for good, that is what we are called to do for our ministry. Having a ministry isn't about making money, becoming well-known, or even about what others think of you. What it is about is helping save even just one soul. One of the sweetest stories in the Bible to me is the story of the one sheep that got away while the ninety-nine stayed, and He left the ninety-nine to find the one. The Bible also says that heaven rejoices over one saved soul. See it doesn't matter if you feel like your ministry isn't doing anything, it is. If you've helped one person find God or find their way back then you are doing exactly what you are called to do. You helping one soul is what it's all about, you cannot stress over what isn't happening for your ministry instead rejoice in what is happening for your ministry. Today, use your ministry and help others find God through you. Helping someone find God is like leading someone to a gold mine, it's something that they will always remember and never forget. Your ministry means something and it means something to God that is why He chose you to do what you are called to do. Your ministry is doing more than you can see or think of, you're doing great, keep shining for Jesus. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “And if he finds it, I tell you the truth, he will rejoice over it more than over the ninety-nine that didn’t wander away!” Matthew‬ ‭18:13‬ ‭ “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭ “For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of time—to show us his grace through Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭ “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭
