By Your Side, Always.

I love the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego it shows that no matter what we go through God doesn't run from our circumstances instead He sticks by us and goes through everything in life with us. We all have been stirred about the end of times, and it's all something we aren't super excited about with the trials and tribulations we know are coming with it, but it's something that we need to understand that we won't go through alone. If God stood in the middle of a burning furnace, what makes you think when all these things come that He will leave you? He won't. Today, no matter what you're facing whether it is life's problems, fear of the end times, or anything else in life know that God will be the fourth in all the fire with you, He won't leave you, and will never forsake you. You are called to be His child; if you accept that calling. Know that God doesn't run like humans do from the world and all the tribulations, instead He will stand by you. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:8‬ ‭ “Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”” Hebrews‬ ‭13:5 “So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”” Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:6‬ ‭ “Then the high officers, officials, governors, and advisers crowded around them and saw that the fire had not touched them. Not a hair on their heads was singed, and their clothing was not scorched. They didn’t even smell of smoke!”Daniel‬ ‭3:27‬ ‭

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. The waiting is important and a lesson is somewhere in the midst. Today, whatever it is God is having you wait for know that the season of waiting is often a time you look back on as a blessing. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also. When God gives us what we are praying for we need to shout from the rooftops that God done it for us, that He made a way. We need to thank God, telling everyone about it.
