God Knows Best.

 “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ ‭

God will reveal certain things to you for a reason, but you have to be willing to accept that reason. God doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, He tells you what He thinks. When we ask God for a sign we often have an expectation of what we want to hear and what we think is right, but that doesn't mean that God agrees with what we think is best. You might have things that you think are right for you, people you think are right for you, and even places that you think are right for you but God knows what is ultimately right for you. He sees things you don't see and hears conversations that you don't hear. The next time you ask God for a sign and it isn't what you wanted to hear take it as it comes, because God knows best. Today, make sure that you take God's word, signs, and the things He reveals to you as they come, do not sugarcoat them for what you think they should be. God knows best and take Him at His word. “Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
