Keep On Waiting And Praying.
“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
Someday you will look back at everything you have been patient about and waited for and say, "It was worth the wait." I remember a time in my life when I was waiting for something. It didn't come to pass how or when I expected but I looked at the situation and knew that it could only be through God that it did happen. I was so thankful that I chose to wait on His timing because He did not only give me what I had originally prayed for but He gave me even more than what I asked for in the first place. We frequently think that waiting on something means it isn't coming entirely. As I was writing this God opened my spiritual vision and I immediately thought of how if we spent every day from Christmas waiting for the next year's Christmas it would seem like so much longer than what it really is. If you choose to grow in the season of waiting and celebrate the small blessings until what you pray for happens it goes by much faster than thinking about it all the time. Today, know that the wait is worth it, something great is ahead of you. God has blessings for you that you haven't even thought of yet. Use the waiting and keep on praying, God has not forgotten you and He never will. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms 27:14 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.”Proverbs 3:5 “My victory and honor come from God alone. He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me.” Psalms 62:7 “So the Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for his help.” Isaiah 30:18
