The Next Door.

““Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew‬ ‭7:7‬ ‭

God is about to do things for you that you never even thought was possible, He is going to go above and beyond for you. When a door closes in your life rejoice, that just means a better door will soon open. God never takes something away from you without giving you better or double what you have before. We as humans spend so much time worrying about what we lose, but we should focus on what God has next. Sometimes God does things that we might not understand, but you can count on it that it was for a reason. He sometimes takes things away because we latch on to things that were meant for a season, not a lifetime. Today, if you feel like all you've ever experienced is loss, know that when this next door opens in your life everything you have ever faced in your life will all make sense. God is opening a door so big and so amazing that you could have never come up with it yourself. He is going to go above and beyond for you. Stay faithful to God and watch how He begins to open your life up to miracles, blessings, joy, hope, and amazing things you couldn't even see yet. “Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
