You Are Worth So Much!

“Who can find a virtuous and capable wife? She is more precious than rubies.” Proverbs‬ ‭31:10‬ ‭

When you find yourself in a place of feeling worthless, remind yourself what the Bible says that you are! You are more precious than rubies, and men don't think you aren't enough either, you are worth more than rubies. God doesn't look at you and think you are worthless, too much of a mess, or too broken. God looks at you and sees forgiveness, hope, and someone who He loves more than anything could explain. Stop letting the enemy make you believe what he thinks is true but you know that isn't. You know your worth if only you let yourself find it in God and not things of this world, or in this world. Today, remind yourself that you are worth far more than rubies because that is what your Heavenly Father thinks of you. What God says you're worth is more important than what anyone else ever has to say you are worth! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.” Psalms‬ ‭139:14‬ “You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb.” Psalms‬ ‭139:13‬ ‭ ““I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”” Jeremiah‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Sometimes the waiting is easy, other times it is an uphill battle. Whenever we are waiting we will go through different seasons, but we can count on the fact that God is at work for us. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
