The Right Love!

“Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭13:13‬ ‭

The wrong love makes you wonder where God is, and why He allowed you to make the choices of where you are, but the right love makes you feel Him everywhere and through everything. We often times so caught up in chasing our "types" that we forget to ask God what His type for us is. Sometimes you have to stop searching for the love you think you deserve and let God show you the love you truly deserve. God can send you someone who will love you in every way that you never even thought you needed. Think of the story of Esther, God appointed her to be the one for the king, and she even saved her people. God opens up the heart and mind of the person He has designed for us. When you meet the one that God has for you there will be no questions as to if they're right for you. They will love you in every way possible and it will be the perfect love. Today, if you're searching for a relationship that you think will be right for you, try praying and asking God to open your eyes to see who truly is right for you. His pick for you will be so much better than the pick you have for yourself. Here are some verses to reflect on today, “Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭13:7‬ ‭ “But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.” 1 John‬ ‭4:8 “We love each other because he loved us first.” 1 John‬ ‭4:19‬ ‭ “Love means doing what God has commanded us, and he has commanded us to love one another, just as you heard from the beginning.” ‭‭2 John‬ ‭1:6‬ ‭

Wait Patiently!

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalms‬ ‭27:14‬ ‭ If God is making you wait, then wait patiently. Nothing in the waiting is a waste. I remember a time in my life where I was praying for something, I waited years and seem to receive no answer. I waited and waited. Somedays I was impatient and cried all day, other days I waited with patience of steel and praised God for what I knew I would someday receive. Don't Forget God!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭ Don't forget God when you receive what you are praying for. God knows the things that we want the most, and often times He does give us what we want. When God does give us the things we want we have to stop and give thanks. It's like this, if you give someone a gift that you know they have really been wanting, something they will absolutely love, and they don't even say thank you it would hurt your feelings. It would make you feel like they don't appreciate you. If someone asked how they got the gift and they said they got it for themselves it would make you hurt also.
