Walk Through The Door.
“When the disciples saw him walking on the water, they were terrified. In their fear, they cried out, “It’s a ghost!”” Matthew 14:26
When big doors open we sometimes get scared to walk through them out of fear that it isn't from God. When this happens we should stop and pray and ask God to guide us in deciding if we should walk through it. Think of the story when Jesus walked on the water, the disciples that walked with Him every day even thought it was a ghost, but Jesus said it was Him and they should not be afraid. When Jesus walks on the water we cannot choose to let fear rule us, if we keep our eyes on Him, we will be just fine. Today, if a door opens for you and you're fearful to walk into it even if you know it is from God, know that the blessings He gives aren't something we should fear. Be open to the doors God opens up for you because He knows best. He wouldn't give you something that would hurt you, He gives us His best. Walk through the door that God opens for you, He is going to show you blessings you never imagined. Here are some verses to reflect on today. “But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here!”” Matthew 14:27 ““Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7 “For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.” Matthew 7:8 ““I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close. You have little strength, yet you obeyed my word and did not deny me.” Revelation 3:8
